“Website” refers to www.linkitrades.com and any associated pages, subdomains, applications, or portals operated by LinkiTrades.

“Client” means any individual, company, organization, partnership, or entity purchasing or using our Services.

“Third-Party Platforms” means LinkedIn, GoHighLevel (GHL), GoLogin, residential proxy providers, CRM platforms, messaging tools, analytics platforms, and any other external services used in connection with our Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Website or using any Service provided by LinkiTrades, you confirm that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of a business or organization.
• You have the authority to accept these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree to these Terms without limitation or qualification.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Our Services currently include:

SDR-Ready LinkedIn Accounts

Professionally prepared LinkedIn accounts intended to support legitimate business outreach activities.

These accounts may include profile customization, secure browser environments, residential proxy configuration, account management, and replacement support where applicable.

Done-for-You LinkedIn Outreach

A managed outbound service in which our team assists clients with campaign planning, prospect research, personalized messaging, outreach execution, response management, reporting, and appointment setting.

A managed service designed to help manufacturers, exporters, suppliers, and B2B companies identify, engage, and connect with qualified international buyers through targeted outreach and relationship-building strategies.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary to improve our operations or comply with legal or commercial requirements.

4. Eligibility

Clients acknowledge that failure to provide necessary information or timely approvals may delay campaign delivery or affect performance.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients agree that they will not use LinkiTrades’ Services to:

• Engage in unlawful activities.
• Conduct fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Distribute spam or unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable laws.
• Impersonate another individual or organization.
• Promote illegal products or services.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Transmit malicious software or harmful code.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse third parties.
• Circumvent security measures implemented by LinkiTrades.
• Engage in activities that could damage the reputation of LinkiTrades or our partners.

Any misuse of our Services may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Many of our Services depend upon third-party platforms that are owned and operated independently of LinkiTrades.

These include, but are not limited to:

• GoHighLevel (GHL)
• GoLogin
• Residential proxy providers
• CRM platforms
• Messaging platforms
• Analytics software

LinkiTrades does not own or control these third-party platforms.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Platform uptime
• Policy consistency
• Account approvals
• Platform functionality
• Future compatibility

Clients acknowledge that third-party platforms may modify their terms, pricing, algorithms, features, or policies at any time without notice.

LinkiTrades shall not be responsible for interruptions, restrictions, suspensions, or other actions taken by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While LinkiTrades applies commercially reasonable efforts, industry best practices, and professional expertise in delivering our Services, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes.

Specifically, we do not guarantee:

• Sales
• Revenue
• Qualified meetings
• Replies
• Positive response rates
• Import or export contracts
• Purchase orders
• Partnerships
• Investor interest
• Business opportunities
• Return on investment
• Market expansion
• Lead conversion rates

Campaign performance depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Product quality
• Market demand
• Pricing competitiveness
• Brand reputation
• Target audience
• Economic conditions
• Client responsiveness
• Sales process
• Competitive landscape
• Third-party platform changes

Any estimates, projections, examples, or case studies provided by LinkiTrades are for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.

9. SDR-Ready LinkedIn Accounts

LinkiTrades provides professionally prepared LinkedIn accounts intended to support legitimate business networking and business development activities.

Clients acknowledge that LinkedIn is an independent third-party platform whose policies, algorithms, enforcement procedures, and technical requirements may change without prior notice.

Although LinkiTrades takes commercially reasonable measures to prepare accounts for professional outreach, we cannot guarantee that any LinkedIn account will remain unrestricted or permanently available.

Clients agree that they are solely responsible for how the accounts are used after delivery.

Clients agree not to:

• Send excessive connection requests or messages.
• Use automation tools that violate LinkedIn’s Terms of Service.
• Share account access with unauthorized individuals.
• Engage in spam, phishing, fraudulent activity, or deceptive practices.
• Attempt to bypass LinkedIn security measures.
• Use accounts for unlawful purposes.

Where applicable, LinkiTrades may provide secure browser profiles, ISP residential proxies, profile customization, onboarding assistance, and account management services.

Any replacement guarantees offered by LinkiTrades apply only as expressly described in the applicable Service Agreement or pricing plan and do not apply to restrictions or suspensions caused by misuse, policy violations, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Done-for-You LinkedIn Outreach

Our Done-for-You LinkedIn Outreach service is designed to assist Clients with professional outbound prospecting.

Services may include:

• Campaign strategy
• ICP development
• Prospect research
• List building
• Personalized messaging
• LinkedIn outreach
• Follow-up sequences
• Reply management
• Appointment scheduling
• Campaign reporting
• Performance optimization

While LinkiTrades follows recognized industry practices, outreach performance depends on numerous variables outside our control.

Accordingly, LinkiTrades does not guarantee:

• A minimum number of replies.
• A minimum number of meetings.
• Sales opportunities.
• Revenue.
• Closed deals.
• Conversion rates.
• Response rates.
• Campaign profitability.

Clients remain solely responsible for:

• Sales presentations
• Pricing
• Product quality
• Negotiations
• Contract execution
• Customer onboarding
• Closing opportunities generated through our Services.

11. International Buyer Acquisition

Our International Buyer Acquisition service is intended to help businesses identify and connect with prospective international buyers through professional outreach activities.

Services may include:

• Buyer research
• Market research
• Target country selection
• Prospect qualification
• LinkedIn outreach
• Buyer engagement
• Conversation management
• Buyer introductions
• Campaign reporting

LinkiTrades makes reasonable efforts to identify buyers that match the Client’s target market and business objectives.

However, we do not guarantee:

• Purchase orders
• Import contracts
• Distribution agreements
• Sales revenue
• Product acceptance
• Long-term partnerships
• Commercial success
• Export licenses
• Buyer responsiveness

Final purchasing decisions remain solely with prospective buyers.

Clients acknowledge that buying decisions depend on factors outside the control of LinkiTrades, including pricing, certifications, logistics, product quality, payment terms, regulations, and market demand.

12. Payments and Billing

Clients agree to pay all fees specified in their quotation, invoice, subscription plan, proposal, or Service Agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payments are due before work begins.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance.
• Late payments may delay service delivery.
• Outstanding balances may result in suspension of Services.

Clients remain responsible for any taxes, duties, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction costs associated with payments unless otherwise required by law.

Failure to make timely payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services without liability to LinkiTrades.

13. Refunds

Refund eligibility shall be governed by the LinkiTrades Refund Policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, payments made for professional services already performed are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Strategy development
• Campaign setup
• Prospect research
• Buyer research
• Profile customization
• Outreach execution
• Consulting services
• Administrative work already completed

Where replacement guarantees apply to specific Services, such guarantees shall be governed solely by the applicable Service Agreement.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All content created, published, developed, or made available by LinkiTrades remains the exclusive property of LinkiTrades unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This includes, without limitation:

• Website content
• Logos
• Graphics
• Branding
• Software
• Documentation
• Templates
• Training materials
• Campaign frameworks
• Internal methodologies
• Standard operating procedures
• Marketing assets
• Reports
• Designs
• Databases

Clients receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use materials provided as part of the purchased Services.

Clients may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Sell
• Distribute
• Modify
• Reverse engineer
• License
• Republish

any proprietary material without prior written permission from LinkiTrades.

Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to the Client.

15. Confidentiality

Both LinkiTrades and the Client acknowledge that confidential information may be exchanged during the course of providing Services.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

• Business strategies
• Customer information
• Sales processes
• Pricing
• Marketing plans
• Financial information
• Internal documents
• Campaign data
• Trade secrets
• Technical information

Each party agrees to:

• Maintain confidentiality.
• Use confidential information only for purposes related to the Services.
• Protect confidential information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
• Not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.

These confidentiality obligations survive termination of the business relationship.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all Services provided by LinkiTrades are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkiTrades disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, title, non-infringement, availability, compatibility, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

LinkiTrades does not warrant that:

• The Website will always be available or uninterrupted.
• The Services will meet every Client’s expectations or business objectives.
• Any errors, bugs, or interruptions will be corrected immediately.
• Third-party platforms will remain available or maintain existing functionality.
• Outreach campaigns will achieve any particular commercial outcome.

Clients acknowledge that they use the Website and Services at their own risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LinkiTrades, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our Website or Services.

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of goodwill
• Loss of customers
• Loss of anticipated savings
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Reputation damage
• Procurement of substitute services

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, LinkiTrades’ total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to LinkiTrades for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinkiTrades, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, judgments, penalties, or reasonable legal fees arising out of or relating to:

• The Client’s misuse of the Services.
• Breach of these Terms.
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Violation of the rights of any third party.
• Content, materials, or information supplied by the Client.
• Unauthorized use of LinkedIn accounts or third-party platforms after delivery.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities carried out by the Client.

This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

19. Suspension and Termination

LinkiTrades reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website or Services at its reasonable discretion where:

• The Client breaches these Terms.
• Payment obligations are not met.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
• Continued provision of the Services would expose LinkiTrades to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Client misuses LinkedIn accounts, software, or other resources provided by LinkiTrades.
• A third-party platform requires suspension or discontinuation of related activities.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, shall continue to remain in effect.

20. Force Majeure

LinkiTrades shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events may include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Fire
• War
• Terrorism
• Civil unrest
• Government action
• Labor disputes
• Power outages
• Internet failures
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Failures of third-party providers
• Changes to third-party platform policies or technical infrastructure

Where reasonably practicable, LinkiTrades will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as circumstances permit.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your Service Agreement or, if none is specified, the laws applicable to LinkiTrades’ principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties may agree to mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution before pursuing litigation, where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to protect confidential information, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

22. Electronic Communications

By using the Website or Services, Clients consent to receive communications electronically, including by email, messaging platforms, customer portals, or other electronic means.

Electronic notices, agreements, invoices, and other communications shall satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, where permitted by applicable law.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Service Agreement, Order Form, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, or other written agreement expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between LinkiTrades and the Client concerning the Services.

They supersede all prior discussions, proposals, representations, negotiations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

25. Changes to These Terms

LinkiTrades may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal obligations, or business practices.

Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify Clients through the Website, email, or other appropriate communication channels.

The updated version will become effective on the date specified at the top of the Terms.

Continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
